Product descriptions and the condition of the items as reported on our website are, to the best of our knowledge, as complete and accurate as possible, but they are for guidance only, without legal obligation or prejudice to our standard conditions of sale.
Terra cotta products
All dimensions are approximate. Styles and sizes may vary slightly. Because our pieces are handmade, the following characteristics are common: slight color and size variation; smudges; kiln kisses; and/or fingerprints. Please be aware that fine cracks that arise in the drying process are characteristic of handmade terra cotta and are not considered a defect in the product. Due to the chemical composition of the soil from which our terra cotta is made, it is common for the pots to have whiteness on the surface.
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Merchandise is not returnable.
Payment and Delivery
Delivery terms depend on customer location and start after receiving the payment.
Shipping is generally done by sea freight (F.O.B Incoterm) to the nearest seaport of the customer, but we can proceed other shipping method if requested by the customer.
Payment should be done by bank transfer before products shipping.
The MOQ (minimum ordered quantity) depends on the type of product and determined at the pre-closure of the purchasing order.
